Room to rent

I am looking for 2 new housemates for my house in Amsterdam East! My name is Alexander, I am 24 years old and studying Future Planet Studies. I am quite active in my spare time: hockey, golf, collecting LPs, skating, kiting, and of course meeting friends. I am looking for an active and social person whom I can get along with well. The house is located on the Eerste van Swindenstraat, between Oosterpark and Dappermarkt. The house is currently being renovated, so I unfortunately have to entertain you with photos of rooms that are not finished yet. But a new floor will be installed, everything will be painted and finished with skirting boards. The rooms are both about 9 m2. In addition, there is a shared living room of 25 m2 with kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet (which is all new as well). Some other nice extras include a terrace with sun almost all day, and we also have a storage room where you can put your bike inside. The rent is 800 euros excluding utilities, internet will be around 100/150 but that is still a rough estimation.
