Room to rent

We are looking for a new female housemate starting October 1st (end of September may also be an option!). The room is 9m² and is furnished (1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, desk chair). Currently, there is a double bed in the room, which can be optionally purchased in consultation with the current housemate. We share a spacious living room (25m²), bathroom (with washing machine), and kitchen (with dishwasher). The apartment is located in the Lage Land, a quiet neighborhood in Rotterdam-East, close to a bus station, supermarkets, Kralingse Bos, and Basic-Fit. There is free parking in front of the door. We are two women (26 & 24 years old), one works full-time as a consultant and is also the homeowner, while the other housemate is from Germany and works as a landscape architect. We enjoy chatting together in the living room or going for walks, but we both have busy jobs so we also appreciate peace and quiet. Additionally, we value a clean house (no shoes at home, weekly cleaning). The price of the room is €675 per month including utilities (excluding annual municipal/water board taxes).
