Roommate wanted by September 1 (V, 23+) 💕 From the 1st of September there will be a room available in our cozy house at the sloterplas! The room is 12m2 and costs €710 including per month. Registration is possible! In total we live with 4 girls (23-25) who all work. We are looking for someone who is in the same phase and who has her own life in Amsterdam. We are a close-knit house and like to eat together. We also like to go out together once in a while. 😊 The house is located at the sloterplas and within walking distance of metro/tram stop Jan van Galenstraat. Within 5 minutes cycling you are at Mercatorplein and Rembrandpark 🌳. The nearest supermarket is also 5 minutes by bike. We have a shared living kitchen and a lovely balcony, where there is sun all afternoon/evening. 🌞 The deposit is €500 and for taking over the blinds/curtains there will be a charge of €50. There will be another small amount for taking over our shared furniture and for the water tax.
