The room is 11 m², fully furnished and located in a quiet, well-maintained student house. You will share the house with 2 other student roommates who value a clean and quiet living environment. Everything you need is present: a bed, desk, closet, and even a dartboard. The apartment itself is 120 m² on the 1st floor, where you share the (large!) living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with your roommates. The kitchen contains an induction cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and other handy kitchen appliances. The property is conveniently located, just: - 25 minutes cycling to the TU Delft campus - 2 minutes cycling to Rijswijk train station - 7 minutes direct train connection to Delft Campus station - 2 minutes cycling to Rijswijk shopping center (AH XL, 24/7 Basic Fit, etc.) The rent is €540 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. A deposit of €540 is required.
