A student room is available from September 15, 2025, at Maluslaan 27 in Groningen. This property is located in Selwerd, within cycling distance to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach universities and colleges such as the University of Groningen and the Hanze University. The property features a shared living room and kitchen, with room 4 measuring 23.11 m2. Additionally, there are two shared bathrooms and a garden where you can relax with housemates. The common kitchen was newly installed last month and is fully equipped. The rental price for the room is €730, including a utility advance of €80 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
