The former office area Amstel III is transforming into a mixed urban district. Our first project in this new area is the residential tower Brisk. Brisk includes both purchase and rental homes, comprising 102 social rental homes and 84 mid-segment units. All homes will be built without gas and with nature-inclusive designs, featuring green roofs and water buffers for rainwater collection. Brisk, along with several adjacent residential blocks, will have its own geothermal energy system, providing heating in winter and cooling in summer. Residents will not qualify for a street parking permit as the building will include 114 parking spaces, of which 25 will be available for rental units. The expected completion of the first homes is in the fourth quarter of 2025.
