Hello, we have a room available from September 1st for an indefinite period. It is a spacious room of approximately 10 square meters on the first floor, located next to the bathroom and a shared walk-in closet, so everything is just a stone's throw away. The room is offered empty, but the curtains can be purchased. The house is equipped with all conveniences; kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, good washing machine. You will live with 2 calm male housemates, we work full-time and enjoy sports, then relaxing at home. We are looking for a housemate who meets the following requirements: - Working or student who works part-time - Organized person who does not leave too much mess behind. - Good personal hygiene; we like to keep the house clean and tidy and prefer it to smell good. So minimum showering every day. - Calm person: Not bringing friends home every day, we like a bit of peace, so we don’t want to socialize every time we go to the fridge. A partner coming over multiple times a week is fine; we also have relationships. - The house is not very noisy, but disturbances like loud phone calls, hardcore/hardstyle music, etc., playing loudly is not allowed. Other living sounds are not a problem for us.
