Room to rent

Looking for a new housemate from November 1, 2025. We are a small, quiet house in the center of Leiden. You will be living with Desi (25), Lisa (28), and our sweet cat Semmy (3). Desi is finishing her studies, and Lisa has been working for about three years. We prefer someone in the same age/lifestyle phase. We are both quite calm, like to do our own thing but often enjoy cooking and having a delicious vegetarian meal together. We value consideration for one another and enjoy activities like going to the movies, visits to IKEA, or playing games (e.g., Yahtzee). The room that becomes available is approximately 12m2 and will cost around €380 including utilities. The contract is for a minimum of one year. We share the bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), and washing machine. We like to keep the place clean (hence we have a cleaning roster). If this resonates with you, we'd love to get to know you!
