Room to rent

We live with a total of 16 boys in a cozy student house, divided over two buildings. Each house has four floors. The room is located at the back on the second floor of the house number, which means you have little to no noise disturbance from the common areas. The shared kitchen is on the ground floor of the house, and we also have a communal TV room where you can relax with housemates. Furthermore, we have a large green backyard where our house cat likes to roam. The room is fully furnished with my belongings, including a bed with a duvet and bedding, a desk, a desk chair, and cupboards. You also have your own key to lock the room. The rental period can possibly be extended, as I am currently in Mexico for my master's and possibly will not return to the student house thereafter.
