Looking for a nice new place where you can do your own thing and especially chill? Look no further :) I am looking for a roommate (female, aged 26-31) to share my nice apartment! The apartment is 93 m2, with a spacious living room of over 40 m2. The kitchen is large and equipped with all conveniences (oven/microwave with various options, dishwasher, robot vacuum, washing machine) and has a super nice balcony that captures sun from the afternoon until evening, where you can relax or melt when you pull out the sofa bed. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Hoge Mors, with a Jumbo, Aldi, Trekpleister, Turkish supermarket, and restaurant just 100 meters away. You can reach the city center in 5-7 minutes by bike, and there’s a bus stop around the corner. The Valkenburgse Meer and Brasserie Buitenhuis are 10 minutes by bike, and the beach is within a quarter of an hour. The room is approximately 11 m2 and is available from 1 Sept (approx./negotiable). There is also storage space opposite the room for storing items/clothing, and you can use the outdoor storage on the ground floor to park your bike or keep infrequently used items. The rent is 750 euros excluding additional costs (g/w/l/e, around 150 euros per month and an annual settlement for the water board tax). A deposit of 2 months rent is required.
