Room to rent

We are looking for a new housemate to move in with us! Our house consists of 10 enthusiastic and active men. The room is 15m² and costs around €340 including utilities. We have a large living room and garden, where we party enough, once a year we also organize a big house party. Additionally, we have refurbished our kitchen which now has no less than 6 gas burners! We also cook and eat together almost every evening. Of course, we also have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Our house has 2 toilets and a bathroom with 3 showers. In the garden, we built a canopy so we can chill even in the rain. In the summer, we move our living room to the sidewalk where we enjoy wonderful meals in the evening sun. As a cherry on top, we also have a nice indoor bar in the garden. Our house is centrally located in Eindhoven, just 5 minutes cycling to Stratum and about 8 minutes to the university.
