Neat furnished room in a well-maintained student house in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room has a sink, central heating with thermostat valve, own bell, wifi, and TV connection. Pleasant serious residents, who eat together as much as possible. There is a beautifully maintained garden by the landlord, where you can sit in summer and barbecue. A lockable back entrance, directly next to the house, gives access to a safe covered bicycle storage. The bus stop is within walking distance. The center and the university are about 10 minutes' bike ride away. The house has security with fire and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and an annually checked fire safety certificate.
