The bathroom features a toilet, sink, and shower, and there is a storage room of about 1m² where the washing machine connection is also present, as well as a private external storage room in the complex. The rent is € 864,- excluding utilities. Service costs for water, gas, electricity, TV, internet, and cleaning of communal areas is € 185,- per month. Housing allowance is possible from 23 years.
