Room to rent

Student room for rent, close to the center and NS station. Shared bathroom and toilet, garden and kitchen (shared with 1 person). Price is excluding gas, water, electricity, and internet which will add €125. A campus contract is used; upon completion of studies, the housing must be vacated. Rent is €500 per month. Deposit is twice the rent, minimum 1 year rental period. No pets. No smoking, indoors or outdoors. The room is painted, resulting in an additional charge of €350.
