Room to rent

We are looking for a new female housemate. The room will be available from the end of August/early September and rent starts from September (~€490 excluding housing allowance). We are a mixed house of 6 people (3 guys and 2 girls + you!) and have a house evening every week, and every two weeks we organize a house activity. Additionally, we also organize dating dinners, house weekends, work weekends, and tour du parents, to name a few. You will be sharing this lovely mixed house with 3 bachelor students (Civil Engineering, Technical Computer Science, Conservatory) and 2 master's students (KT, MST) of different ages, hobbies, and associations (Scoop, Proteus, Laga). Here at E. du Perronlaan, the Albert Heijn XL is just a stone's throw away, the city center is 6 minutes away and the TU is 10 minutes further. Our house has a nice living room, freshly painted. We also have a south-facing balcony with a beautifully built bar for relaxing in the sun!
