Room to rent

Dear future male housemate, Are you an engaged, enthusiastic, and especially friendly guy at the beginning of his bachelor? Then Huize Fred might be for you! If you are someone who likes to take initiative, wants to make our house even nicer, and has a big heart with room for 8 fantastic housemates, then you've come to the right place. This is about a room of 30 m2 (including hallway closet and private bathroom). You will be paying around 365 euros due to housing allowance. Additionally, there is a large common room and a cozy balcony to barbecue and chill. Located on campus and 8 minutes by bike from the supermarket, so you're in a prime location. A room will be available from September 1st, from then the rent will start (two days after the approval). What do we have to offer you? Our little nest is currently inhabited by 9 wonderful people (M/F, (inter)national). We have members and non-members of associations and some are more sporty than others. We are a very close-knit group and care about each other, so you will definitely be warmly welcomed. We love cooking and often eat together, have a weekly cleaning evening (sounds stiff, but it’s very nice), we have an annual Christmas dinner and house weekend, vacation, and festival. We also have movie nights, go out, and play games as often as we can. If it's your birthday, you even get breakfast in bed! There are also study sessions in the common room because unfortunately, that also has to happen. Furthermore, we are open to the input you can provide and are ready for your fresh energy.
