Supermarkets, stores, and the train station are within walking distance. Upon entering the building, you arrive in a spacious entrance hall, which provides access to the mailboxes. The front door of the apartment is located on the ground floor. **LAYOUT:** You enter a spacious living room, furnished with a sofa, TV cabinet, flat-screen TV, dining table, chairs, and a cupboard.
