Room affittare

Hello friendly room seekers (f), Currently, a room is available in our house on Midaslaan. Our house consists of 7 people, 4 men and 3 women. Half of them are already working and the other half are still studying. One woman is moving out, so we are looking for a female housemate. The room available from mid-September is approximately 15 square meters + built-in closet (€437 incl. g/w/e). In this house, there are 2 shared toilets, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, attic for laundry, shed, and a cozy garden including a barbecue and swimming pool. Together with 6 housemates, you are within walking distance of the university/sports center. The Cassandraplein, with an AH, Kruidvat and Gall&Gall is just around the corner. We love sociability and like to do spontaneous activities together, such as having a drink, eating together, or playing games. Occasionally we hold contests for the house cup, and in the summer we enjoy using the barbecue. At the same time, we respect each other's privacy and find peace in the house important.
