Room ενοικιάζω

Hello everyone! A room will become available around October (exact date still unknown) on Mariastraat. This means a room right in the center of Apeldoorn, less than 5 minutes from the station, the supermarket, and Saxion. The room is approximately 20 m2 in size. The house has a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two toilets which we share with five people. Additionally, the student house has a large rooftop terrace that we share with all other students (about 20 students). The rent is around 430 euros including utilities. We rent the property from the housing association 'Ons Huis'. Ons Huis requires that the tenant must be a full-time student and not older than 23.
