The kitchen has an induction cooktop, large refrigerators and freezer, combo oven, and plenty of storage options. The room is upholstered and can be furnished. The disadvantage is that there are NO open windows but a fixed grille, and there is an air circulation motor in the room that makes a bit of noise. The room costs €380 ALL-IN per month including gas, water, electricity, service costs, and internet. Minimum rental period is 1 year or longer.
