Room to rent

Spacious apartment on the first floor right next to Goffertpark. You have your own bedroom and share the rest with me (Heleen). There is a toilet, a bathroom with shower and bath and washing machine, an open kitchen with stove, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, and 2 fridges. Walk-in closet for supplies and hobby materials. Spacious living room with 2 seating areas, large table for eating/working, DJ set for music, and a large balcony. Downstairs is also a storage room where you can safely store your bike. In front of the apartment is a large parking lot where you can park for free. Goffert station is a 3-minute walk away and the university is a 10-minute bike ride through the park. I am looking for a quiet roommate who likes to live clean, eating together is nice, and occasionally doing something together is fun but absolutely not a requirement. A plus if you like climbing/cooking/music! Let me know what you like to do in your free time and how you envision living together.
