Room to rent

A room is available in Huize Zaïre! The room is approximately 19 m2 with a built-in closet, unfurnished, and available from the end of August. The price is 450 per month + 40 euros for internet, electricity, etc. We are a close-knit house of 6 with working individuals and students looking for a nice new housemate (m/f/x) aged 21+. In our living room, we share meals, watch movies, listen to CDs, dance, read, and solve puzzles enthusiastically. We almost eat together daily. There is also plenty of space in the house to do your own thing! We have a super spacious balcony with a herb garden and hammock. In the summer, it's great for barbecuing, sometimes with neighbors. In the evenings, we can enjoy a lovely sunset and view of the Rotterdam polders. Nature is around the corner, the tram to Scheveningen stops right outside, and you are quickly at the supermarket and snackbar. We also have a bicycle shed with two (!) tandems, a golden bath, and many houseplants.
