The house has created 3 luxury rooms for rental to 3 people. The room is located on the first floor. Each room is unique. All room occupants have their own shower, toilet, and kitchen. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom. It is possible to place a personal washing machine and refrigerator in your own room. Rooms are rented out furnished and carpeted. Rent includes gas, electricity, water, and wifi per month. There are camera security in the front and back of the house. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
