Room affittare

We are a student house in the center of Enschede. We are 5 students (mixed) and looking for another housemate. We share the kitchen, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, and a garden with terrace and bike shed. The house is about 8 minutes cycling from Saxion, 5 minutes from the center, and 15 minutes from the University. The room at the back on the first floor will be available from 08-16-2025, along with a walk-in closet. The room is not very large, but it is well-furnished with a bed with drawers, a desk with an office chair, and a shelf cabinet. Finally, there is a very spacious wardrobe that comes with this room. If you also enjoy eating together, taking your time after meals, or having coffee or a beer together, and you are a first-year student at the University looking for a room for the first time, then you are exactly who we are looking for.
