Apartment to rent

The former office area of Amstel III is transforming into a mixed urban district. Our first project in this new neighborhood is the residential tower Brisk, which consists of purchase and rental properties. There are 102 social rental apartments and 84 middle-segment homes. All homes will be built gasless and nature-inclusive, featuring green roofs and water buffers to capture rain. Brisk will have its own heat-cold storage system, providing heating on cold days and cooling in the summer. Residents of Brisk are not eligible for on-street parking permits. The building will have 114 parking spaces; of these, 25 parking spaces will be available for rental apartments, prioritized for middle-segment renters. Rental prices for these parking spaces are not yet known. Additionally, there will be a large communal bike shed. The expected delivery of the first homes is in the fourth quarter of 2025.
