Hello room-seeking women! A room will be available in our cozy and neat apartment on Wolfstraat starting September 1, 2025! We (two girls) are looking for a female housemate. It concerns a neat and clean room of 15 m2 with laminate flooring, a fixed washbasin, and a large window, so lots of light :-) Living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage, balcony, and toilet are for common use. It's only a 5-10 minute bike ride to the university/HAN and 5-10 minutes to the city center. Goffertpark, supermarkets, and bus stops are within walking distance (~5 minutes). The rent is €510 per month, including gas, water, electricity, TV, wireless internet, and service costs, etc. Do you think it would be nice to live with us?
