Shared kitchen (cleaned once a week) with 5 other international (master) students with all equipment and laundry facilities. Concierge service in the building. The studios are at least furnished with a queen size bed, table with chairs, coffee table. Furthermore a desk, gas comfort, fridge, microwave, television/internet. Every room has central heating, warm water, electricity, mailbox in entrance hall and an intercom for the main entrance. The size is approximately 16 m². Rent of the room: €600 incl. prepayment heating, hot water, electricity, water taxes (not waste disposal tax), tv and internet connection and frequent cleaning service of the common area. The minimum stay is 10 months and we prefer international (master) students (21+).
