Room to rent

Room in a monumental rectory in Hilversum. From the end of August, a room will be available in our rectory, located on the ground floor with a small private garden. The rent is €582.06 including utilities, with an additional cost of around €10 per month for laundry, internet, and cleaning supplies. We are looking for someone aged 21 to 28 who seeks to live together with others, as this is not a student house. We prefer those who speak Dutch, and experience in shared living is a plus.
