Room to rent

A beautiful room available for rent in a student house located at Schouwburgplein in the center of Hengelo. The room is on the top floor and has a sink with hot and cold water. It shares a new bathroom and a small kitchenette with one other resident. On the first floor, there is a second kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dryer for communal use, along with a conservatory and a spacious roof terrace. The location is central, only a one-minute walk from the station, and 15 minutes by bike to the University of Twente (UT). Saxion and UT are also easily accessible by public transport (maximum 15 minutes, often less). This is a mixed and friendly student house without obligations, but we regularly do activities together.
