The studio is located in a historic building on the Kanaalkade, at the edge of the center. There's a bus stop right outside and all amenities are within walking distance. There are sufficient paid parking facilities in the area, which is managed via a permit from the municipality. Layout: This studio is located on the second floor (two flights of stairs up). Entrance through a central entrance. From the general hallway, you enter through your own front door into the living-sleeping area with a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, 2-burner electric stove, and extractor hood) at the end of the room, next to the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, and shower. All apartments have underfloor heating and are equipped with PVC floors. Finally, there's a washing machine available for communal use. Unfortunately, there is no storage available. Particulars: - The rent is EXCLUDING 150 service costs: an advance for gas, water, electricity, internet, and use of the washing machine.
