Room to rent

My daughter is working abroad for a few months, and her room is empty - a waste in this housing market. Therefore, I am renting out her furnished room for about 3 months to someone who is looking for a nice, quiet place. You get a bright and cozy room, fully furnished with: a bed, a TV, and ample storage space. Shared facilities include: a shower, a cozy kitchen, and a warm atmosphere in the house since I (woman 43) live there too – along with my lovely dog. Practical details: Available immediately for about 3 months. Rent price: €550 per month. Service costs: €150 per month (including gas, water, electricity, internet). We are looking for a calm and tidy person who seeks temporary accommodation and enjoys living in a homely atmosphere. Preferably someone who does not mind that there is a dog in the house (she is very friendly!). Location: Pijnacker near Delft and the metro to The Hague and Rotterdam.
