The Studio that you are going to rent is located in the building of StuNest Randwyck and is fully furnished with a bed including a 120 x 200cm mattress, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, plenty of under-bed storage, desk and desk chair, desk lamp, bookshelf, blinds, and a dining table including two chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave-oven, two ring induction hob, extractor hood, sink, an under-the-counter fridge that includes a freezer compartment, plus storage for your pots and pans and crockery. Lighting is also provided in the apartment. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror and a shower with a shower curtain. In addition to support from our dedicated StuNest Randwyck team, we take care of a wide range of services to ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. This includes, but is not limited to: • Heating, electricity, and water management • TV and internet signal supply • Furnishing of both communal areas and individual studios • Painting, cleaning, and housekeeping in shared spaces • Maintenance of communal facilities, including ventilation systems • Garden and greenery upkeep • Pest control, as needed • Package delivery via our convenient delivery box • Security measures, including fire extinguishers, security cameras, and 24-hour service contracts for installations Our service costs also cover non-residential amenities and activities, such as community drinks, sports events, and creative workshops, fostering engagement and connection within the StuNest community.
