About the room & flat: • Private bedroom + shared use of spacious living area and kitchen • €1250/month including bills (high-speed fiber internet) • Great views over the park • Pet-friendly vibes — I have a small, chilled dog who sleeps most of the day (bonus points if you’re a dog lover!) About me: I’m 30, work in web development in the city, and enjoy a calm home environment. You'll mostly find me chilling with my dog on the sofa, playing badminton or playing games.
