Summary of the homes: The rent is €1,184.82 per month (excluding service costs). Please note that these homes fall outside the rent allowance limit.

The monthly service costs are €52.70. These cover the lighting of common areas, maintenance of the shared inner garden, glass insurance, a maintenance subscription, and the engagement of a neighborhood concierge.

Responding and next steps: There are three different types of homes available, each with its own advertisement. If you wish to be eligible for this type of home, you can email your details to us. We ask you to provide the following documents: Valid ID, annual income declaration, and personal information. Applications are handled in the order of receipt. Once your documents are approved and you have visited the home, you can choose from the homes that are still available at that time. The acceptance term is as soon as possible.

Note: Income requirement For these mid-rental homes, there is a minimum combined (gross) annual income of €59,000 (verifiable with VGI 2023 or 2024).
