Summary of the homes: The rent is €1,184.82 per month (excluding service costs). Please note that these homes fall outside the rent allowance limit. The monthly service costs are €52.70. These cover the lighting of common areas, maintenance of the shared inner garden, glass insurance, a maintenance subscription, and the engagement of a neighborhood concierge. Applications are handled in the order of receipt. Once your documents are approved and you have visited the home, you can choose from the homes that are still available at that time.
