In short, the rent is €1,184.82 per month (excluding service costs). Please note that these houses fall outside the housing allowance limit.

The monthly service costs are €52.70. This covers, among other things, the lighting of common areas, maintenance of the communal inner garden, glass insurance, a maintenance subscription, and the deployment of a neighborhood concierge.

Responding and next steps: Three different types of homes are available, each with its own ad. If you would like to qualify for this type of property, you can email your details to us, and we ask you to provide the following documents: valid ID, annual income statement, and your contact details. The applications will be processed in the order they are received. Once your documents are approved AND you have viewed the property, you can choose from the homes that are still available at that time. The acceptance term is as soon as possible.

Note: income requirement For these mid-rental homes, a minimum joint (gross) annual income of €59,000 applies (to be demonstrably with VGI 2023 or 2024).
