Room to rent

Hi! I am Dagmar, 22 years old studying medicine at UM/MUMC+. I am looking for a nice young man/woman to live with me in our beautiful apartment in Maastricht. The apartment has a large shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and your own space is a 14m2 room with a large walk-in closet. There is also a small 6m2 room which I currently use as a yoga/fitness/relax space. There is a basement storage and a balcony to chill. The place is in a safe, homely environment close to green space, station, centre and Randwyck (university and hospital). I prefer someone a bit further in their studies or working life (ideally 22+) and less in the student life.
