This residence, for a maximum of 1 student, is rented on a long-stay basis, with a maximum duration of 18 months and can be terminated by the tenant in between. The studios are ideally suited for HBO/WO/PhD students or temporary staff at Leiden University who value a nice, clean and quiet living environment. Comfortable living spaces and ready to move in! There is a common laundry room. Internet and television are offered as a free service. Catering facilities, supermarkets and other shops are in the immediate vicinity. The Central Station is 300 meters away. The rent for a studio of 20 m2 is €884, including advance for utilities, furniture and service costs per month. 22m2 EUR 910 per month. 25m2 EUR 949 per month. If desired, it is possible to rent a parking space between the street and the building for €100 per month. There are multiple studios available in this building. This rent price is indicative for the mentioned size but the final rent may be higher or lower depending on the given or the assigned studio. The deposit is a fixed amount equal to twice the (incl.) monthly rent. Because of hotel function, rent allowance is not possible. Address registration is possible. Note: it sometimes happens that we have several living units vacant in the building. During a viewing we show one or several representative room(s), but the room you are assigned may differ slightly in size, rent, window or floor covering from the room viewed.
