Room to rent

We are a student couple living in this beautiful upstairs apartment in Haarlem-Noord. The room has its own kitchen with gas stove, microwave and oven. You share the bathroom (plus washing machine) with us and there are two toilets in the house. The first floor is also available as a shared living room, kitchen and/or dining room for special occasions. On the roof there is a large rooftop terrace with a view over the whole neighborhood, which you may use as well. We are looking for a student, preferably a woman, who also enjoys art and music and loves animals. There is a cat in the house. The room is on the 2nd floor and includes a private kitchen. You share the bathroom and there are two toilets in the house. The room is in a great location near Cronjéstraat, 2 minutes by bike from Vomar, Albert Heijn, Aldi, SportCity and 3 minutes by bike from the station. The landlord’s ideal tenant is a single person, female, student or working student, who will stay about 1 year. The rent includes fixed costs.
