Apartment to rent

Available immediately. In Hart van Zuid Hengelo, 69 affordable rental homes will soon be available for middle-income residents. The project, called De Appendage, offers a green living environment with industrial appeal, located next to Esrein shopping center. It includes 36 modern apartments and 33 single-family homes, spread across small-scale complexes along the lively Hart van Zuid avenue. The homes range from 2- to 3-room apartments with living areas from 74 to 83 m², and family homes from 87 to 119 m². Each apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Completion of the apartments is expected at the end of this year and the family homes early next year. The apartments are divided into two types: Comfort with 74 m² and Royaal with 83 m² of living space. Both types offer spacious living rooms, bedrooms, modern amenities and outdoor spaces.
