Room to rent

Nice room near the station and city center. This room is offered including gas, water and electricity. The house is divided over 3 floors, each floor has its own facilities such as bathroom, toilet and kitchen (3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 toilets in total in the house). You share a floor with another student, so there are 2 people per floor with their own room of about 20 m2. The house has just been renovated and is equipped with water softener, fermacell floors and an extensive fire alarm system. Dryer and washing machine are available and shared with the rest of the residents. There is also a back entrance with a covered area for bicycles.
