Room to rent

We are three friends (two women and a man aged 28-42) sharing an apartment. We want to offer our attic to someone with whom we click. Note: the price is very low because it is a very simple attic room that was previously used for storage. We would prefer a friendly, reliable, social housemate, preferably a female, who also works (and/or studies) and enjoys living with others. The room is in the attic, but you can use the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bike shed in the downstairs flat. We are mixed Dutch and foreign, so origin does not matter, with a minimum of one year. Registration is allowed after a one-month trial. We will have an initial meetup on Tuesday evening, August 26.
