Goltziusstraat, Venlo. Shared apartment with multiple rooms on three floors. This room is on the middle floor. The room has a bed mounted above the door to save floor space; currently a loose bed is present. The floor has its own kitchen, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave and fridge. The water heater shown in the photo has been replaced by a central heating boiler. If you want to place your own fridge in the room, it can be done for €5 for a fridge or €10 for fridge with freezer. You have access to a garden shared with other residents. There is a washing machine on the lower floor. Distances: city center Venlo 500 m, train station 1 km, HAS 750 m, Fonty 3 km. We rent only to male working students. You must show proof of enrolment as a student. You are obliged to register with the municipality of Venlo.
