This nice spacious room is available from October 1. It is a room in a student house in Spijkerkwartier, Arnhem. The room is about 20 m2 and has a large window at the front of the house. There is a wooden floor and heating by a gas heater. With 3 other housemates, shared entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and large garden. Internet is shared and costs are shared (outside the landlord). The rent is €450 per month, split into €325 base rent and €125 advance for service costs. A recalculation of service costs will follow, so amount may change slightly. Note: temporary contract for up to 1 year. The landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract with 1 month notice.
