Student financing / DUO can be counted as additional income. A parental guarantee is only possible if you independently meet the income requirement at least 75% of the time. • A security deposit of 1 month of gross rent applies as standard. • Depending on the data or situation (such as temporary employment contracts or self-employment), a higher security deposit may be required. - Rental period - • A rental agreement is entered into for at least one year and will then be extended for an indefinite period.
