A contact request via Funda is not a registration! The apartment complex Eezicht in Leeuwarden consists of 55 apartments and is located in the Bloemenbuurt. The building has 5 floors and is equipped with an elevator. The apartments have been renovated and feature a new kitchen and bathroom. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom (with access to the balcony) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Each apartment also has its own indoor storage. Eestraat 59 is on the second floor towards the parking area. In addition to the rent you pay a monthly advance service charge of €80 per month. Service charges cover utilities in common areas, electricity individually, cleaning of common areas, window cleaning, garden maintenance, service subscription (small repairs), janitor, and contribution to tenants’ platform Nieuw Elan. Annually, by July 1st, the settlement of service charges from the previous year is prepared and we settle any difference with all residents. Eezicht is heated by district heating. Monthly you pay an advance heating cost (stookkosten) of €121.00. At the same time as the settlement of service charges you also receive an annual settlement of gas consumption.
