Room zu vermieten

An very large room is available in my apartment. I am currently renting my apartment to 2 expats, one is leaving; this room becomes available from October 1. The apartment is in Zaandam city, 2 minutes walk from the train/bus station. The apartment complex has a whole city nearby with everything you might want. In the other bedroom there is a female expat; I am therefore looking for a working student or a young professional. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is very large with a cooking island, lots of dinnerware/kitchenware and pans. The bathroom has 2 washbasins, a rain shower and a bath. The apartment has a guarded balcony. I am looking for someone who is meticulous, neat and very hygienic. The room is rented furnished, with 1 Ikea Pax wardrobe; the rest must be brought by the tenant.
