Location This beautiful room located on the edge of the city in Groningen. The district offers an ideal mix of peace and convenience, with numerous amenities nearby. Think of cozy cafes, shops and sports facilities. Public transport is within walking distance and by bike you can quickly reach the city's most important educational institutions, such as the University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. Layout The room has an area of approximately 13 m² and has its own kitchenette, ideal for extra convenience and privacy. The rest of the house is shared with the other housemates, so you share a cozy, communal home. There is also a roof terrace, where you can sunbathe in the summer. Rental price The rent for the room is €550.67 per month, including an advance payment of €127.50 for gas, water and electricity. Due to the high number of requests, we cannot respond to everyone.
