GENERAL TERMS OF RENT To qualify for one of our rental properties, you must meet a number of conditions: One-income earner: 3.5x gross monthly rent as income requirement (including fixed allowances and vacation pay); Two-earners: the second gross salary counts for 100%; Security deposit: one month’s rent; For a year contract the same income requirement applies. There is an increased deposit of 2 months instead of 1; Self-employed: the same income requirement with an increased security deposit of 2 months instead of 1; If the minimum salary is 75% of the income requirement a third-party guarantee is required (maximum amount in the deposit agreement is one year’s rent); Pets only with the manager’s permission (after permission there will be an increased deposit of 2 months instead of 1); Equity of current home and savings can, in very exceptional cases and entirely at the manager’s discretion, be taken into account. For zelfstandige ondernemers: An accountants statement or similar document; An income statement (previously the IB60 form); Recent annual figures; You must show at least three completed years’ financial statements. You will also receive a link to Datakeeper to share your income information. Only verified income via Datakeeper is taken into account in the allocation. DATAKEEPER AND PROCESS To qualify safely and reliably for one of our rental properties we ask you to verify your details via the Datakeeper app. Datakeeper is an Rabobank-supported application on your phone to share your income and personal data with us in a safe and fast manner. Please read this page carefully and follow the steps to complete your registration. With Datakeeper we can better safeguard your privacy and you control what data is sent and when. No one else has insight into the data stored on your phone. You determine who you share your data with and you see exactly which data is transmitted. Completing your registration via Datakeeper is a condition to sign up for one of our rental properties. Registrations that are incomplete because income and personal data are missing via Datakeeper will not be processed. For now please check that you have your DigiD login details.
