The studio has a queen bed (1.40 m wide), a sofa, a TV, a washer-dryer combination, an oven-microwave combination, a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is private. Registration is not possible. Available from December to October (11 months). Possibly available from mid-November already. Rent: €1275 per month (all-in) Deposit: 2000 euro Final commitment from early October due to decision of current tenants.
