Room to rent

This pleasant student residence is located in the quiet, green Rijnsweerd neighbourhood. You’ll find the Enny Vredelaan close to the Utrecht Science Park (and next to the Krommerijn swimming pool) and cycle to the city centre in less than ten minutes. Don’t feel like cycling? Just hop on a bus, tram, or drive to the A27 or A28 in the blink of an eye. Fun fact: every resident has their own storage - not too bad, right?! The shared terraces and balconies of the complex are a great place to relax and give you the oppertunity to hang out and have a drink with your housemates. Please note: to live in a room/house in this student complex, you must be able to prove that you are currently studying or will start a study soon. On our Help Center you can read which document(s) you need to provide in which situation. Without an approved document you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
